Carlden Lainfiesta, The Mortgage Fiesta, is a Mortgage Broker with Monarch Mortgage. He hardworking, skillful, charismatic individual with a high level of work ethic and professionalism. He has 12 years of experience working in mortgage lending (8 years with direct lenders and 4 years with Mortgage Brokers).  He is also a graduate of California State University, Northridge with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

Carlden specializes in working with first time home buyers for purchases, down payment and closing cost assistance, and refinance home loans. He prides himself on delivering great customer service, ensuring a timely close, and offering the best loans possible to his customers. He can offer any product for 1 – 4 unit residential properties and has access to over 40 banks. 

JoAnn is a Senior Loan Officer with a strong background in the mortgage industry.  She is bilingual and proficient in both English and Spanish. 

JoAnn is skilled in processing loan applications and experienced in using loan origination systems and automated underwriting systems. Her technical skills give her a deep understanding of the industry with over 25 years of experience.

JoAnn is known for her excellent customer service and her ability to consistently exceed sales expectations by closing loans in a timely manner. She is dependable and successful in building customer loyalty.

Dywon is an experienced professional in the mortgage industry. With extensive practice in originating loans, he has made a significant impact. His commitment to providing prompt service, industry expertise, and professionalism has earned him a reputation that stands out. Whether guiding clients from beginning to end or answering their questions, Dywon ensures a comfortable and informed experience throughout the lending process. 

He is a proud graduate of Miami Dade College. Additionally, Dywon served his Country as a member of the U.S. Army's distinguished 10th Mountain Division and held the position of Vice President of the Veteran Association of Real Estate Professionals, Los Angeles Chapter. Serving his fellow Veteran Brethren is his most cherished desire!

Arlett is a Real Estate Broker, Contractor, Investor, and Loan Originator with over 27 years of experience in the industry. 

A UCLA graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics, Arlett holds multiple licenses and has a proven track record of managing complex transactions and leading a successful team. 

Her commitment to excellence is evident in her hands-on approach to every aspect of the business, from planning and organizing open houses to managing financial records.
